About the Author

David D. Van Fleet is a Professor Emeritus at Arizona State University. He has over 50 years of experience in the practice, teaching, and research of management and organizations. He taught at the University of Tennessee, the University of Akron, Texas A&M University, and Arizona State University. He taught human relations management, organizational behavior, management, and leadership. He draws upon this impressive career to provide examples, analyses, and recommendations for dealing with dysfunctional organizations. He has been listed in Who’s Who in the World (2004), Who’s Who in America (2003), Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers (2002), and Who’s Who in the Management Sciences (2000).
