So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Creating a Centralized Authentication Service/Authorization Server
To develop a Centralized Authentication Service, we will create an ASP.NET Core project. You can either create an empty project where you have to do everything from scratch or select the Web Application project that provides all the boilerplate code available, which can be further modified based on your requirement. The Web Application project also adds some extra code that you may not need in your particular business scenario. Therefore, choose the right project that suits your needs. We will go with the empty project.
