I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Measurement of a team's performance, artifacts delivery, performance of code, performance, and reliability of infrastructure are some of the very important functions of an IT team of any business to deliver its promise, sustain, and support growth. It's not only required by the Dev and Ops teams, but is an essential part of the project management community, which eventually helps to provide the running business with a visibility to management. Automation in DevOps enables a far more reliable measurement than the traditional models. Measurement includes, at least, the following:
- Tasks and deliverables visibility
- Visibility on build metrics
- Visibility of tests metrics
- Visibility on deployments in Dev, Test, and Prod environments ...
