When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

DAC, Design Automation Conference, www.dac.com
DAC is the largest EDA and silicon solution event. DAC typically has over 50 technical sessions covering the latest in design methodologies and EDA tool developments. Exhibit and demo suite areas show products from some 200 of the leading EDA, silicon, and IP providers.
The DA conference has an unusual blend of industry and academia. It is perhaps the most interesting conference for non-technical attendees. There are technical sessions, panels, and elaborate exhibits with professional entertainers and large parties. There are canned demonstrations (demos) and serious customer private sessions in closed cubicles. It is usually held in San Diego, Anaheim, or Las Vegas, in late June.
