I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Once upon a time, Excel was strictly a one-person operation. You worked alone, saved alone, and emailed version 27-FINAL-FINAL.xlsx to your team with fingers crossed.
For a while, many people could open the workbook, but only one person at a time could edit. This led to the nightmare of your manager heading out for a 3-hour, 6-martini lunch with his door locked and the workbook still open.
Then came Co-Authoring; live, simultaneous editing in the same Excel workbook. No check-outs. No merge conflicts. Just shared chaos in real time.
