Unified Messaging

Unified Messaging lets users receive voice mail and faxes in their mailboxes, allowing them to access these messages from Outlook, Outlook Web Access, or mobile devices. A user can also dial in via a standard telephone and use voice commands to access his or her e-mail, calendar, contacts, and the company directory. Unified Messaging features require integration with the organization’s on-premises phone system.
