Facilitation Checklist
Facilitation does not start or end with the event or meeting itself. It can involve a fair amount of preparation and follow-up. Here, we share some of the most common elements that a facilitator has to think about when preparing to facilitate a session and following up afterward. Although this list is by no means exhaustive, it is thorough. Feel free to add steps that you find necessary, especially after facilitating a session.
