Introduction

Understanding and using Scrum effectively requires the individuals within a Scrum Team, and those who work with them, to understand the intention of the framework and each of its accountabilities, events, and artifacts. Doing so helps the Scrum Team learn during each interaction and to inspect and adapt quickly.
