Facilitating the Daily Scrum
The Daily Scrum should, as the name suggests, take place every day. It is the formal opportunity for the Developers of the Scrum Team to get together and synchronize. They do this by reviewing the progress they have made toward the Sprint Goal and updating their plan of action that is represented in the Sprint Backlog.
Developers align and produce an actionable plan for the upcoming day of work at the Daily Scrum. It is the event for Developers to self-manage, raise impediments, and make decisions collaboratively, all within a 15-minute timebox.
