So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
This diagram represents the process of building sustainable agreements. Up to the point of decision, progress is slow, as members of the group struggle to develop a shared framework of understanding. The implementation, on the other hand, is often meaningful rather than painful. Implementing a sustainable agreement is like swimming with the tide instead of against it.
