This is the fun part. It's time to really envision what your personal brand is going to look like. This brand is going to be an extension of you, how people come to see you when they open their social media. You have total control over your brand attributes and the kind of content you are going to post. Therefore, I need you to try and let go of any social media posting fears as we head through this part of the book. You are in control of your personal brand components.

Many people believe social media branding is completely out of their control. They think if they post one video on Instagram, all hell is going to break loose. Which is why it's time for a moment of tough love: if you are terrified of posting to social media, you must ask yourself, is that because you are often judgmental of everyone else who posts to social media? Why are you judgmental of them? What about their posts makes you feel uncomfortable? You already know that psychology and mindset healing is just as much a part of this journey as everything else. Keep these questions in the back of your mind as we continue.
