Mailing list in my perception is the main route for finding help. Asynchronous mails means that people will most probably find the right moment for answering, independent from which timezones or lifestyle they live in. You first subscribe to the mailing list, and after your registration has been approved (allow for roughly one day or so) you'll be able to post to the mailing list. Devote some time, at least at the beginning, to search and read the mailing list archives (see before), so you learn how information is exchanged. Then, without much ado, you welcome to ask your questions. Try to have an explicit and specific mail subject: "FreeSWITCH problem" or "FreeSWITCH does not work" will not get much attention from busy professionals. ...
