When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Asking for Help
OK, OK, we've all been there. Many of us have been there many and many times. The best ones between us are there at least once a day. Asking for help when you hit the outer border of your knowledge. This simply means you're pushing yourself beyond your limits. And this is good, if becomes an occasion to actually move your limits.
Help is there. FreeSWITCH has two incredible strengths: one is an exceptional community, extremely knowledgeable, and very respectful and caring toward newcomers. You let the community know you've done your part, you've researched the documentation and the archives, you've started from a sound configuration, but the problem is still there.
