Part Four. All Reports: Visitors
The layout of Google Analytics has changed quite a bit. Reports are now grouped together in a much more intuitive way, as you’ll see when we begin to get into the first section of reports. This section includes all of the Visitor reports.
This part of the book includes everything from pinpointing just where in the world your visitors are to visitor trending and visitor segmentation. We explain each report, and all of the capabilities within the report. We’ve also tried to include some examples of how you might use each report.
Whatever visitor information you’re looking for, this is the place to find it. And if Google Analytics doesn’t offer a specific report to meet your needs (such as how many of your site visitors are male or female), then you can create a User Defined report to gather that information. And we show you how to do that, too.
