Foreword

It is a pleasure for me to write the foreword to this book. The security of critical infrastructure is a significant priority for many countries, and I believe that this handbook can make an important contribution to research and education on this subject by organizing a well-selected collection of fundamental papers of enduring value on vital topics. The editors have done an outstanding work in many fields comprising this subject, including wireless communications, data center engineering, sensor network design, and other areas.
