With an awareness of uptime and downtime, you can begin to
use each one with more control.
1 You decide when to be in uptime, and you decide when to be
in downtime. People are generally quite good at being in
downtime, but not so good at sustaining uptime.
2 If you want to improve your uptime attention then really
stretch your sight and hearing so that you see and hear more.
