Exercise: To match your friend’s thoughts
Is it really possible to think the same thoughts as another person? Try this
exercise with a friend and see.
1 Ask a friend to think of a recent experience and keep it at the front of
their mind by picturing the events that happened.
2 As they are doing this match their body posture and breathing as
precisely as you can.
3 Put your eyes into the same location, have your hands, arms, legs and
feet in exactly the same position, and position your head with the
same front/back and left/right tilt.
