Advisers and mentors and why they’re important
It is human nature not to seek help. People sometimes see it as an admission of weakness to ask for advice. They choose to battle on alone instead. In business, as well as in other aspects of life, the opposite is more usually the case. It can take huge strength to ask for help when you’re beginning to flounder. The majority of the most successful entrepreneurs you meet will tell you they readily sought advice at critical points in their business career. However, it’s important to get advice from the right people.
