I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

password. In most cases, the User Management console will be used initially
during the application development phase. In production systems, the local
database user registry will be migrated to a Lightweight Directory Access
Protocol (LDAP) directory, such as Active Directory 2003, and this console will
be disabled by the Configuration Wizard.
Using the console, you can create users and groups and manage group
memberships for the test users.
The User Management console provides the following functions:
Create a WebSphere Everyplace Deployment user
Create a WebSphere Everyplace Deployment group
Assign a WebSphere Everyplace Deployment user to a group
Change a WebSphere Everyplace Deployment user’s password ...
