6.3 Filtering
Here we describe filtering in DB2e Synchronization Server.
6.3.1 Description
DB2 Everyplace Synchronization Server filtering feature allows you to filter
information that flows from the source database to the mirror database, and from
the mirror database to the device database.
A filter allows access to a subset of the data in a database, and allows you to
deliver only the data that a user needs.
Filters help provide data security by transferring only defined data to the mirror
