I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

WebSphere Everyplace Deployment does not write to Active Directory 2003
and requires only read-only access to the directory. Because of this, the
Configuration Wizard will not create the users and groups required by
WebSphere Everyplace Deployment. You must create the required users and
groups in the Active Directory 2003 prior to invoking the Configuration
Wizard.
To enable WebSphere Everyplace Deployment connect to the directory, do
not enable Simple Lightweight Directory Access Protocol bind operations in
Active Directory 2003. Configuration Wizard does not support SSL
connections to the Active Directory 2003. You should only attempt to get
