Chapter 5. Migrating to Lightweight Directory Access Protocol 99
򐂰 Determine the suffix, user container, and group container for the WebSphere
Everyplace Deployment users as discussed in 5.3.2, “Directory organization
requirements” on page 96.
򐂰 Create the required users and groups in your directory server before starting
the configuration update using the Configuration Wizard as described in
5.3.3, “Required users and groups” on page 97.
򐂰 Configuration Wizard needs the following details during the configuration
update to Active Directory 2003:
Fully-qualified host name of the Active Directory 2003.
Port number used to access the Active Directory 2003 server, the default
value is 389.
Root suffix of directory tree.
