Determine the suffix, user container, and group container for the WebSphere
Everyplace Deployment users as discussed in 5.3.2, “Directory organization
requirements” on page 96.
Create the required users and groups in your directory server before starting
the configuration update using the Configuration Wizard as described in
5.3.3, “Required users and groups” on page 97.
Configuration Wizard needs the following details during the configuration
update to Active Directory 2003:
– Fully-qualified host name of the Active Directory 2003.
– Port number used to access the Active Directory 2003 server, the default
value is 389.
– Root suffix of directory tree.
