4Feature Measurement and Error Analysis

Object feature measurement is often the final goal of many image analysis tasks and needs to be well understood. The characteristics/properties of an object region can be quantitatively described by the values of various features. Feature measurement is often referred to as the process of obtaining quantitative and numerical description values of objects. How to determine/measure suitable features accurately and precisely is critical in image analysis.
