It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

IP SANs are applying conventional technologies to solve new problems that have evolved around data storage. Although the current crisis in data storage and availability has been slow in maturing, it now presents an immense obstacle for expanding information networks. Customers are running out of storage space and are feeling the press of time.
