Extracting image metadata

Up to this point, we have loaded and pre-processed raw images. However, we have no idea about the image metadata that is added, which is needed so that our CNNs can learn. Thus, it's time to load those CSV files containing metadata about each image.

I wrote a method called readMetadata() to read such metadata in CSV format so that it can be used by two other methods called readBusinessLabels and readBusinessToImageLabels. These three methods are defined in the CSVImageMetadataReader.java script. Here's the signature of the readMetadata() method:
