It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

What’s the process for creating a job aid? How do you begin? It’s a little more involved than just deciding that a job aid is a good idea (or a last resort). Just as performance consulting involves a systematic, results-based approach, developing a job aid is also systematic. It doesn’t have to take a long time, but it’s critical to follow the process.
