So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Process tracing methods follow the steps specified by Hollnagel et al. (1981) as
sketched in Figure 6 and as summarized in Table 2 (see Ro th et al., 1987 or Nikolic
& Sarter , in press, for a process tra cing analysis in full). The starting point is
analysis of the process for handling the situation in its specific context (the
description of how the scenario was handled in terms of that world of work).
