I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

IP telephony can no longer be considered an immature technology—many offices around the world have IP phones on their desks. In fact, most people don’t realize that their office utilizes IP telephony due to the improved voice quality, compression techniques, and ease of use. For years, IP telephony solutions were proprietary solutions, but the standards organizations have taken charge, creating features such as Power over Ethernet, LLDP-MED, and IP signaling protocols. With any luck, when you deploy your IP telephony network, all you will have to do is plug it in.
