Although our names are printed on the book as authors, in reality no author works alone. Many thanks are owed to the official technical editor of this material, Scott Morris. Despite our lack of planning, he was able to adjust to our schedule and return the chapters in a timely manner. He used his tremendous experience not only to fix technical errors, but also to encourage us to add topics we had overlooked.
