Daniel Denison is professor of management and organization at the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland, and is also chairman and founding partner of Denison Consulting, LLC, in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Dr. Denison received his bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, and anthropology from Albion College and his Ph.D. in organizational psychology from the University of Michigan. He has written several books, including Corporate Culture and Organizational Effectiveness, published by Wiley in 1990.
