Apple uses the Developer Documentation area of its web site to post new documents and update existing ones on a daily basis. You might want to check the Carbon documentation site for more recent versions of the documents provided on the Mac OS X Developer CD:
You will instantly see that this page looks remarkably like the Carbon Developer Documentation page in Project Builder. That’s because Apple takes a “snapshot” of this web site for distribution whenever it releases an update to the Mac OS X Developer CD. You can quickly see what documents have been added or updated by clicking the “New and updated documentation” link.
The web edition of this documentation makes searching easy through its Sherlock plug-in. Be sure to download this plug-in from the Carbon Developer Documentation site.
It’s even easier to stay up-to-date by signing up for Apple’s free Online Program offered by Apple Developer Connection (ADC). See Section 1.6.
