PUSH-BUTTON MANAGEMENT

We all have push buttons—words and actions that trigger strong negative emotions. You may have recognized some of your own in the last chapter. In fact, sometimes all it takes is seeing a particular person’s name on an email or a text to trigger these emotions, without having even read it!
