When it comes to writing a book in the end, it’s just the author and the keyboard tapping away a merry tune into the early hours of the morning. Getting there requires support and help. When I first got the ‘go’ to write this book from my editor Steve Temblett, we were both enthusiastic about the project. It has been a long and hard few months to get this book finished. Steve and his assistant Alison Birtwell have always met all my queries with a direct and positive response.
