There is simply no tidy way to wrap up a book like this. It feels more like a “pause” than an ending. For I am certain these ramblings of mine do not represent the final word on knowledge management. Although I have attempted to deliver to you the most current understanding I have on these topics, every time I use the processes I’ve described, I find something new. I continually update my processes and templates, and I doubt that process is anywhere near complete, for me or for others.
