It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
RBAC for a strong identity
RBAC works by defining a set of permissions that need to be assigned to a role that is part of service accounts or a list of users. Its main role is to authenticate services, initiate communication requests, define custom properties for user role support, and optimize performance through sidecar proxies.
