Depreciation profiles

Depreciation profiles in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations represent the rules that manage the depreciation principles that will be applied on the fixed assets, for example, the straight line depreciation method or the reducing balance depreciation method. The depreciation profile rules contain the depreciation method, depreciation year, and period frequency. In order to access a depreciation profile, go to Fixed assets | Setup | Depreciation profiles.
