以单机模式启动成员
许多维护任务不能在从节点上执行（因为涉及了写操作），也不应该在主节点上执行，因
为这会对应用程序性能造成影响。因此，以下各节经常会提到以单机模式启动服务器。这
意味着需要重新启动成员，使其成为单机运行的服务器，而不再是一个副本集的成员（只
是临时的）。
在以单机模式启动成员之前，首先需要查看一下用于启动的命令行选项。假设是下面这
