In the MPLS context, every VPN customer will have slightly different
requirements for these parameters, but generally, customers will expect their
data to be private (confidential), such that they are not accessible outside
their VPN. They will expect the data not to change in transit, and they will
expect the MPLS VPN service overall to be available to them—in other
