Most MPLS core networks use route reflectors (RRs) internally to scale their network.
The idea in model C is to exchange the VPN-IPv4 routes directly between the RRs so
that the ASBRs do not need to hold any VPN information. The ASBRs exchange routing
information about the PEs and the labels needed to get to them. This way, an end-to-end
LSP can be established across the autonomous systems. Figure 4-28 depicts this setup.
