Assign the following network parameters to the PC of the out-

side network:

◾ IP Address: 10.1.1.2

◾ Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0

◾ Default gateways: 10.1.1.1

The configuration steps for router FW are:

◾ Assign a name to the host, which is FW in our experiment.

◾ Create a Loopback interface to be used as an ID for the

OSPF routing process.

◾ Assign the IP address 164.1.1.1 to the Fa0/0 interface of

router FW.

◾ Assign the IP address 184.1.1.1 to the Fa0/1 interface of

router FW.
