So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

So far in this book we have been looking at the numbers and learning about how they can help make decisions to improve the financial performance of the business. Behind every number that drives results there are projects and activities that need to happen in the business for those numbers to change and therefore the results are going to be run by people.
