This book is about the numbers that matter in business. I take the reader on a journey of what to measure in business and thus turn the numbers into knowledge. In doing so we learn that it often only requires a small improvement in key numbers to get a dramatic improvement in financial performance.

Too often I have encountered truly passionate and visionary leaders who do not have a deep understanding of what activities are generating the results for their business. Because of this they are not getting the financial rewards they so richly deserve for the effort and risk they are taking in running or investing in their business.
