So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Bob Scheiffer, Dan Rather, Diane Sawyer, Jane Pauley, Katie Couric, Jay Leno, Anderson Cooper, Jon Stewart, Paula Zahn and Oprah Winfrey did not start off in their careers as smart, or as relaxed or as knowledgeable as they are today. Nobody did. Nobody does. It takes a long time to look and sound the way they do.
