So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Choosing an appropriate deployment model
Oracle CX is an extremely flexible package of solutions that can be tailored to support any type of business and size of the company. The size of the company, needs, and resources should be the main variables to consider when choosing deployment type:
In general terms, smaller companies are better off with pure cloud deployment, while larger or corporate companies are better off with hybrid deployment.
The main advantage of pure cloud deployment is that the company does not require any up-front investment but is sacrificing some flexibility.
