I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The process of web development used to include JavaScript and CSS development, but that stopped years ago given the number of web frameworks, templates, and themes available on the market today. The availability of a number of such options allows developers to choose templates and frameworks that match the business context, which also helps them to concentrate more on the data than the presentation layer design and layouts. While each of the JavaScript frameworks has versatile flavors of User Interface (UI) frameworks, Oracle has developed a standard UI framework that matches both web application and mobile-based application development needs along with cloud application standards, which is called Oracle Alta UI.
