I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Customizing the application theme using Sass
Oracle JET application themes can be customized using Sass (Syntactically Awesome Style Sheets). The following are the steps involved in customizing the application theme using Sass:
- Install both Sass and Ruby software on the system from their home page: http://sass-lang.com/install.
- The following command needs to be executed to install Sass:
gem install sass
- To define the custom style configuration, create the scss file with the filename.scss naming standard or copy the theme's setting file from _oj.alta.settings.scss.
- Add the custom configurations in the newly created file.
