It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
QUnit
QUnit is one of the prevailing JavaScript unit test frameworks being used by leading software developments including Oracle JET, jQuery, jQuery UI, and mobile projects.
It can be installed using either of the following commands:
- For NPM, use the following command:
npm install --save-dev qunitjs
- For YARN, use the following command:
yarn add qunitjs --dev
- For Bower, use the following command:
bower install --save-dev qunit
Let us review a simple example of QUnit now and see how it executes the JavaScript unit test cases on pages.
Once we install QUnit in our project, we can write the following web content to invoke QUnit test cases:
