I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

2. Das Teamplayer-Konzept ist nicht per se schlecht, der Name wird aber in der Praxis oft dazu missbraucht, Einzelpersonen hervorzuheben, die die restliche Gruppe unbequem erscheinen lassen. Das Hinterhältige daran, jemanden zu bezichtigen, »kein Teamplayer« zu sein, ist, dass es nicht beweisbar ist und universell verurteilt; es ist sinnlos, böse und teuflisches Haifisch-Futter. Wenn Sie mit anderen zusammenarbeiten, nehmen Sie sich vor nebulösen Verurteilungen in Acht und seien Sie mutig genug, nachzufragen, wenn andere sie aussprechen.
