About the Author
Nick Graham is the founder and Managing Director of Inspirandum Ltd, a small and specialised company focused on achieving excellence in project management and in the related areas of project governance and programme management. He’s also a director of Anglo-Swiss Projects, the company which manages the new PRIME® project management method of which Nick is also co-author.
Nick splits his time between writing and development on the one hand, and training and consultancy on the other. Although he holds project related qualifications, he’s also a qualified teacher which helps him design effective training and communicate simply. His courses are highly practical and those attending Nick’s training events have described his style as energetic, lively, fun, very practical and very informative.

When not away on assignments, Nick lives with his wife Kath in Hampshire in the UK. Kath also works for Inspirandum and has some input into the courses as she’s also a qualified teacher.
