r.r_open(filename[,mode[,bufsize]])Executes when restricted code calls the built-in
open. All parameters are just like for the
built-in open, covered in Chapter 10. The version of r_open in
class RExec opens any file for reading, but none
for writing or appending. A subclass may ease or tighten these
restrictions.
